摘要(Abstract)：

<正>1 病例资料患儿，男，6岁2月，因“发现右上臂肿物1月余”于2022年4月21日入院。患儿1月余前无明显诱因下发现右上臂青色肿物，约2cm×2cm大小，后逐渐增大，累及腋窝，无发热盗汗，无咳嗽咯痰，无消瘦等，2周前就诊于当地医院，右上肢核磁共振：右上臂内后方占位；右侧腋窝淋巴结肿大、融合。
