摘要(Abstract)：

急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)是儿童时期最常见的恶性肿瘤，随着治愈率显著提升，如何减少并发症、提高生活质量越来越值得关注。股骨头坏死是儿童ALL较严重的并发症之一，其具有严重的致残性，对患儿生活质量影响较大。本文就儿童ALL并发股骨头坏死的机制、危险因素、早期筛查、治疗以及预后进行综述。
